What is the difference between EB-1A and EB2 NIW?
The EB-2 NIW and EB-1A visas are both employment-based green card categories, but they differ in eligibility criteria: EB-1A: Requires proof of extraordinary ability in your field, demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim. It is the most prestigious category and also allows for self-petition. If I get a denial can I reapply?

Can I apply outside America?
Yes. If you currently reside in Africa, Australia, Europe etc you can apply, when you get the I140 approval, you will begin consular processing to get your green card.
